Born as a photograph, this image was transformed into a digital painting. Original photograph was taken on Kelley's Island, which is located in western Lake Erie, just north of Sandusky, Ohio.
About Ken Krolikowski
While growing up in Northern Ohio, photography began it's part in my life while in elementary school. Over the years I've spent countless "hands on" hours outdoors and behind the computer creating new images. Two years in Charlotte, N.C. from 2002-2004 brought me a taste of the "Southern Hospitality" that up to then I had only read and heard about. I am now based in Streetsboro, Ohio, a smaller town halfway between between Cleveland and Akron, Ohio. I would describe my style as "Across The Board"... no parameters, no boundaries. I am 99.9% self taught with a desire to never stop learning...always experimenting with something different regarding photography, digital design, prints, t shirts, etc. I am very, very fortunate to have had...
